Allow 'Natal' settings in "In Chart Rings"
Add new settings to popup so that a natal chart displayed in a bi-wheel or tri-wheel can be set.

Batch Processor after Create New Chat
The idea is to create a chart and then have it automatically create the bi/tri wheels and print out the Midpoint List and scan for current time range.
