Windows, mostly and Macintosh users have experienced various issues entering their licenses. I discovered that the MACAddress is not a reliable permanent OS feature. In fact it can change after a simple windows OS update. So I spent a bit of time researching and found a solution.
BUT this means that the "old" way has changed and each user will need to request and enter new licenses. Please accept my apologies for this necessary change!
